We are on the 14th floor with large windows and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans so we are able to not use the AC and be very cool at all times. The flat has one master and two common rooms, fully equipped kitchen (we love cooking!), washing machine, laundry space, high speed (1Gbps + powerful router) broadband Internet, a TV with Xbox, a piano, herbs garden, all free to use at all times. Shared bathroom with a clean housemate.
The condo has additional facilities: a pool, a tennis court, a gym, BBQ pits and basement parking for cycling enthusiasts.
The condo name is Butterworth 8: only 10 minutes walk to Paya Lebar MRT and Dakota MRT, great connections by bus to all parts of the city and amazing neighborhood with all the different types of food you can dream of, thanks to the always busy Katong / Joo Chiat / East Coast area.
Around us is a lot of shophouses with nice cafes, bars and hawker centres (Haig Market, Geylang Serai). Also close to OneKM mall (Cold Storage, ~3 minutes), Tanjong Katong Complex (Giant, ~5 minutes), Joo Chiat Complex (Fairprice, ~ 10 minutes). Access to downtown either by MRT (10 minutes walk + 15 minutes MRT) or bus (0-5 minutes walk + 25 minutes bus). By bike, East Coast Park access is just 10 minutes away, great for late night cycling rides.
Price is $1100 / month + utilities (Internet, electricity, gas and water ~ $60 / month + AC maintenance every three months). Long stay is also possible as we have the lease for two more years.
